1. Introduction

Welcome to WAE Academy ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WAE Academy website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Services and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Educational Services

WAE Academy provides educational services in technology fields including but not limited to Data Science, Full Stack Development, AI/ML, and DevOps. Our educational programs may include:

  • Online and in-person courses
  • Training materials and resources
  • Internship opportunities
  • Job placement assistance
  • Mentorship and career guidance

5. Fees and Payment

Some of our Services require payment of fees. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.

You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you select. Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or as required by law.

We may change our fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the website or by email, at our option.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by WAE Academy, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as permitted by these Terms.
  • Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
  • Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from our Services.
  • Access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the Services or any services or materials available through the Services.

7. User Content

Our Services may allow you to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above.
  • All of your User Content complies with these Terms.

You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Content you submit or contribute, and you, not WAE Academy, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate WAE Academy, a WAE Academy employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm WAE Academy or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services, with or without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WAE ACADEMY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAE ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WAE Academy, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Delhi, India, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
