1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services
WAE Academy provides educational training and career development services to help students enhance their skills and increase their chances of employment. Our services may include training programs, mentorship, and placement support. However, we do not guarantee job placement or employment opportunities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions. You also agree not to:
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violate the rights of third parties
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
Use our services for commercial solicitation without our prior written consent
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sumus Engineer Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sumus Engineer Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
10. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and adhere to the program’s guidelines and rules.
WAE Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student for poor performance, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.
11. Certification
Upon successful completion of a program, WAE Academy may issue a certificate of completion, which signifies that the student has met the course requirements.
Certification does not guarantee employment or job placement.
12. Placement Assistance
WAE Academy may provide placement assistance to eligible students, including interview preparation and connections to job opportunities.
Placement assistance is offered as a support service, but WAE Academy does not guarantee job offers or employment upon completion of the course.
The outcome of job interviews or placement attempts is contingent on the student’s performance, qualifications, and other external factors beyond WAE Academy's control.
